1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SyncVPN website, applications, accounts, subscriptions, software, support, and VPN services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, downloading an application, or using the Services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you accept these terms for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use the Services only with that permission. You must not use the Services where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Accounts and devices

You must provide accurate information, protect login codes and credentials, and keep your devices secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Account sharing and simultaneous device use are subject to the limits of your selected plan. You may not sell, transfer, or rent access without our written permission.

4. Limited software license

While your account is eligible and you comply with these terms, SyncVPN grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the applications solely to access the Services. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, extract source code, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not use them to:

• harm, threaten, exploit, harass, defraud, or impersonate another person;
• distribute malware, spam, unlawful content, or material that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• gain unauthorized access to systems, scan or attack networks, interfere with other users, or evade lawful technical restrictions;
• facilitate exploitation of children, terrorism, trafficking, or other serious criminal conduct;
• resell the Services, overload infrastructure, automate abusive requests, or misuse trial, refund, referral, or promotional programs.

You remain responsible for the content you access or transmit and for compliance with laws that apply to you. SyncVPN does not endorse unlawful activity.

6. Plans, payments, and renewal

Plan features, duration, device limits, price, currency, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Charges may be processed by an app store or payment provider under that provider’s terms. Recurring plans renew as disclosed at checkout until cancelled through the applicable account or store settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily reverse a completed billing period.

Refund eligibility depends on the offer shown at purchase, applicable law, and the payment provider’s rules. Currency conversion, bank, network, or store charges may be outside our control. We may change future prices after giving notice required by law; a price change does not retroactively alter a completed purchase.

7. Service changes and availability

VPN performance and availability vary with location, network, device, server load, maintenance, third-party restrictions, and events outside our control. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or locations to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific server or IP address, or that every external service will accept VPN connections.

8. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process and the choices available to you. No security technology eliminates every risk. You are responsible for device updates, safe credentials, backups, and deciding whether the Services are suitable for a particular activity.

9. Third-party services

App stores, payment providers, websites, networks, devices, and other third-party services are controlled by their respective operators. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. SyncVPN is not responsible for third-party content, availability, decisions, fees, or security.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, applications, brands, designs, documentation, and related materials are owned by SyncVPN or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited license above, no right or ownership is transferred to you. Feedback may be used to improve the Services without an obligation to compensate you, provided it does not identify you publicly without permission.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for a material or repeated breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, harm to users or infrastructure, or legal compliance. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including payment, ownership, disclaimer, liability, and dispute terms—continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncVPN and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Services. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Your responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses and third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, deliberate misuse, or material breach of these terms. We will provide notice of a covered claim and allow reasonable participation in its defense.

15. Applicable law and disputes

Applicable law and the competent forum depend on the contracting provider, your place of residence, and mandatory consumer rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support so both sides can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent protective relief or using a consumer authority or small-claims process where available.

16. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these terms when the Services, technology, or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be announced through reasonable channels. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. 17. 15-day money-back guarantee

SyncVPN purchases include a 15-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. Contact support within 15 calendar days and provide the invoice or transaction reference. The guarantee is subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules and excludes fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, and purchases already refunded.
