Storage capacity is shared by the company and does not multiply by employee count. Employee upload allowances are managed separately.

Can employees change organization security policies?

Organization DNS policies and access permissions are managed by authorized administrators. Employees do not receive the permissions or management credentials needed to change them.

Can different departments have different access?

Yes. Group employees by department and define scoped policies. Independent DNS policies require gateways assigned to the appropriate department or individual.

Is Business separate from a personal VPN plan?

Business has its own plans, seats, organization workspace and administrative roles. It brings employee access and subscription management together, while keeping business credentials separate from personal VPN accounts.

Where do connection and usage reports come from?

The Business app reports connection, usage updates and disconnection, including timestamps and cumulative upload/download bytes. Managers see session totals and event history. App reports are labeled separately from signed gateway reports; missing disconnects remain unknown.

Are all advanced enterprise features available?

This is a preview of the current Business platform. Advanced integrations such as SSO, SCIM, site-to-site connectivity and trusted device posture are not active. Strict website allow-only access also awaits a verified egress solution. Discuss any required capability with our team before choosing a plan.

Will employees receive configuration files?

No. A manager issues a random 16-digit account code. The separate Business app uses that code to register the device and receive connection settings directly. Employees cannot use it to sign in to the management portal.
